Marvin Chew is a watercolour artist based in Singapore, who paints in semi-realist and impressionist style. He specialises in landscapes and street scenes, drawing inspirations from his surroundings and through painting en plein air, capturing the landscapes and lifestyles in South East Asia especially Singapore and Malaysia. He also enjoys sketching and painting during his travels.
Marvin is a signature member of National Watercolor Society (NWS), and has been teaching watercolour painting since 2008 in various schools and colleges. He also organises workshops and classes in his own studio in Singapore.
